Botejyu “Botejyu” is a traditional Japanese okonomiyaki specialty restaurant located at Shinjuku Subnard Bldg. B1F, 1-2-2Kabuki-cho, Shinjuku-ku Osaka Japan. The restaurant origins date back to as early as 1946 in the city of Tamade Osaka. Since then, the restaurant's name has been protected as a registered trademark for more than 60 years. At present the restaurant has several branches all over the Chuba region, Kansai region and Kanto region. Some of its restaurants specializes in okonomiyaki, teppan-yaki and charcoal grills, while others are fast food restaurant specializing in teppan-yakisoba.
